Are you the type of person that has little time for breakfast? One great option for those short on time is to grab a yogurt. However, most of the options we see while out on the run or in the store are high on added sugars. Here's a few tips to make the most of this quick on the go meal!

  • Opt for a greek yogurt. These options are higher in protein which will help keep you fuller longer. We, recommend a plain low fat greek yogurt with as little additives as possible, yes that includes flavoured varieties because of the next few recommendations.

  • Add your own flavouring to your greek yogurt. Frozen fruits and berries go great with these yogurts. If you're the kind that thinks greek yogurt is too thick, add some frozen strawberries the night before. They release their juices and you can thin out the yogurt with the natural strawberry juice.

  • If you like it sweet, try adding some liquid stevia for a low calorie alternative to sugar.
